Launch announcement signup
With your consent, JKR Labs uses your email address and selected language to confirm your signup and send the launch announcement for Jathagam at €9.99. Your address is required to receive these messages. The list retains your encrypted email, a lookup fingerprint, the wording and date of your consent and confirmation. No birth details are requested. Expired signups are deleted by a daily cleanup, with a planned retention period of at most 90 days from the request.
Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores the list and Resend sends emails. Open and click tracking are disabled. These providers may process some data outside the European Union; their data protection and transfer commitments apply. Your signup concerns the Jathagam launch announcement.
You can withdraw consent and delete your signup using the withdrawal link in the email. To exercise your access, correction or deletion rights, contact us; you may also complain to the CNIL. Contact: 0xjkrdev@gmail.com.

Birth details and the optional name are sent for calculation and stay in memory during your visit. They are not stored in the database, cookies or browser storage.
The service retains cryptographic fingerprints, calculation versions, consent evidence and payment references. The email address and access secret are encrypted to enable purchase recovery. A secure access cookie expires after seven days; emailed links expire after fifteen minutes and can be used once.
Stripe receives the details needed for payment, including your email address, without birth details. Resend receives the email address and transactional messages. If you request a PDF copy by email, Resend also receives the document and its birth details; the copy remains in your mailbox. Exports are generated in memory without being stored by the site. No advertising tracking or session replay is used.
Rate counters use temporary fingerprints. Abandoned orders can be purged after seven days, payment events after 90 days. Financial and consent retention periods and the rules for minors must be reviewed before publication.
Audience measurement counts, per day, visits to the home page, starting the form, the payment screen and opening the report, with the language and where the visit came from (campaign tag or referring site). These totals are anonymous: no cookie, identifier, IP address or birth details. They are kept for 25 months at most.
